1. The Coroner's office for Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire is situated in North Wing, County Hall, Haverfordwest, SA61 1TP. The office is open from 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m., Monday to Friday. The telephone/fax numbers are: telephone 01437 775001: fax 01437 775464. E-mail: info@pembrokeshirecoroner.org Out of office hours, contact can be made through police stations.
2. The Coroner’s Officers for Carmarthenshire are situated in Llanelli. The office is open from 8.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m, Monday to Friday. Telephone 01554 740713 or 01554 740710, fax 01267 244241.  E-mail coronerscarms@dyfed-powys.pnn.police.uk.
3. Pembrokeshire inquests are usually held at the Council Chambers, County Hall, Haverfordwest, SA61 1TP, but may be held at other, appropriate, venues when necessary. The court has disabled access and toilets but doesn't have refreshments, separate waiting rooms or telephones.  Those wishing to attend that have any special requirements (including, for example, facilities for the hard of hearing, translating or interpreting services) are requested to contact the coroner's office in advance. Those wishing to attend should go to the main reception in County Hall.
4. Carmarthenshire inquests are usually held at The Town Hall, Llanelli but may be held at other, appropriate, venues when necessary. 5. Coroners and their staff will identify themselves by name in their dealings with members of the public. Deputy and assistant deputy coroners act when the coroner is not available. In doing so, they exercise the full powers of the coroner.
